Isn’t it more cost-effective to have an employee?
Taking on an employee is a big financial commitment which comes with lots of regulation.
You would need to set up PAYE to collect tax, pay employer’s national insurance, provide holiday pay, sick pay and pension, then on top of that again there’s office space, computer hardware and software.
As a self-employed business owner, I pay my own tax and national insurance, work from my own fully equipped office and I get paid only when I’m working plus you can flex the support you need from me, in line with the fluctuating demands of your business.
When you factor in all the numbers, freelance support is a very cost-effective solution.
How much notice do I have to give?
None! You book support in advance and once that block of hours has been used up, there’s no obligation to book anything further.
If your business fluctuates or you just don’t want that financial commitment that comes with an employee, then freelance support really is a perfect solution.
I have a specific task I need doing but it isn’t listed on your services page – can you still help?
Most likely! For simplicity, the most popular services are listed on the website but there are many additional tasks I can help with, such as:
Email inbox detox
Social media audits
Website updates/modifications
CRM/database maintenance
Webinar set-up and support
Document creation (Canva, Word, Excel)
Typing
File management
Plus more! Pop me an email (“Enquire Here” button below) to enquire.
Could you work on-site at my business?
I work from my own fully-equipped office, virtually. Having worked virtually for many years, there isn’t much I can’t do from my office, that you can do from yours.
Of course, sometimes you need a customer facing ‘reception’ role – that isn’t what I do.
Are you ready to take your business to the next level?
